Preparation for plaster casting

Prepare containers, stirring rods, measuring cups and an electronic scale.

Mixing plaster and water

Add the plaster powder evenly to the water: choose 4:1 for maximum stability or 3:1 for fine details , as needed.

Stir thoroughly

Stir the mixture for about a minute until well blended and lump-free .

Let the mixture rest

Let the mixture sit for about a minute to allow the bubbles to disappear.

Pour into the molds

Pour some of the mixture into the molds , shake gently , and tap the molds lightly to fill the corners. Once the mold is completely filled with the mixture, tap it gently to ensure it is completely and evenly filled .

Waiting for demolding


Wait about 30 minutes and demold the plaster pieces after the mixture has initially hardened .

Complete drying


Store the plaster products in a ventilated place for about 1-3 days . Once completely dry, the cast pieces can be sanded, painted, or stamped .
